   As CTO at Lighter Capital, I lead the engineering team in developing and scaling our fintech platform. I spearheaded the development of a new marketplace, successfully launching it from concept to beta in under six months, and secured strategic cloud partnerships with AWS and Microsoft to drive growth.Lighter Capital is a pioneer in startup financing, offering non-dilutive growth capital of up to $4 million. Our proprietary platform analyzes key financial, firmographic, and transactional data points to tailor financing solutions. We have funded over 500 companies, including MapAnything, Jive, and Quip, with over $350 million across rounds. Our product offerings: revenue-based financing, term loans with forward commitments, and lines of credit provide the flexibility tech startups need to scale without losing equity or control.I also led critical improvements to our data infrastructure, completing a long-pending overhaul of our data acquisition system and launching a key data validation initiative. Additionally, I automated complex data workflows to improve resource efficiency in a dynamic business environment.Lately, I’ve focused on integrating generative AI into our operations. I automated the generation of release notes from ticket descriptions and extended our internal Slack bot with conversational command support using OpenAI’s API.
