Retired military officer trained in leadership, team-building, and poise under pressure. Broad background in government financial management and contracting for the state and federal government. Looking for a challenging position that will utilize my broad experiences and leadership capabilities.* The Army had no solution within a financial system that did not allow detailed input of accounts, prohibiting consolidation of annual spending reports for budget development.RESULT: Data will be used to support budget request for fiscal years 2015 – 2019 of about $1.5 billion annually.* Colorado Army National Guard was 53rd of 54 states and territories regarding payroll timeliness and frequent Inspector General and Congressional complaints were on file.RESULT: Colorado rose from 53rd to 20th within one year and Inspector General and Congressional complaints at an all time low.
