Part of a high-performing team responsible for leading digital transformation, technical enablement, and platform governance across TELUS’ Corporate Citizenship & Communications department and affiliated business units- Developed, gained alignment for, and launched the Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) in June 2023 to centralize technical expertise and streamline digital support across Corporate Citizenship & Communications. Since launch, request volume has grown by 130%, with the DCoE now handling 500+ requests annually across five business units- Led the AI-driven overhaul and redevelopment of TELUS’ intranet platform, Habitat, acting as Project Manager through an eight-month program that delivered a complete redesign of the user interface followed by the launch of a generative AI Copilot. This initiative is projected to deliver over $10 million in annual operational efficiencies through automation and knowledge access- Directed the technical enablement and implementation of Workvivo by Zoom, TELUS’ new enterprise engagement platform serving team members across TELUS, TELUS Health, and TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods.
