After over a decade as a PGA Golf Professional, I made the decision to change careers in 2009. With a young family, a challenging economy, and a desire for something more stable, I joined my father-in-law’s business, JK Construction Ltd.What began as a hands-on role quickly became a long-term journey. Over the past 15 years, I’ve progressed from Groundworker to Site Foreman, Contracts Manager, Director, and now Managing Director. As Martin approached retirement, I took on the responsibility of growing the business while staying true to the values it was built on.Our focus has always been relationships over quick wins.
