Managing a portfolio of existing CRE loans and client relationships.• Prepare independent, reliable estimates of potential cash flows and current underwriting values used to screen and evaluate office, multifamily, hotel, and retail properties located throughout the US. • Determine prospective loan to value, debt yield, and other key metrics for credit approval submission. • Prepare periodic in-depth analytical reviews for a portfolio of existing loans detailing property performance, guarantor performance, and sponsor financials to recommend and justify appropriate risk ratings. • Effectively and proactively manage the portfolio for credit quality and address any potential credit issues. • Effective communicate status, outlook and remediation plans for sub-performing loans to senior management. • Participate in and assist with internal and external audits.
