   I lead the first in-house mobile app development effort at Alterra. With a fairly small team, we\'ve built a flexible mobile app platform, serving a wide range of use cases for our guests.Starting from a handful of POCs, I\'ve been responsible for establishing process, making architectural decisions, and hands-on implementation. Some areas include- starting a design system- CI pipelines and optimization- monorepo tooling selection - Auth0 integration- feature flagging- CMS integration (Sanity) and type safety of content- data layer, offline first caching- geofencingAs a team, we pair-program often and help each other get things done.We ship frequently to stakeholders and have dramatically shortened the lead time for the business to request a change and see it in action.
