I am an esports entrepreneur and community builder with over a decade of experience creating competitive gaming events around the world. As Founder & CEO of Galint Gaming, I lead a team dedicated to producing world-class tournaments, technology, and fan experiences including Battle of BC, the largest esports event in Western Canada.My career blends startup leadership with global corporate experience, having previously worked at Microsoft, Amazon, and Battlefy in roles spanning software engineering, product development, and business development. I have helped shape competitive gaming at every level, from grassroots collegiate programs such as building the UBC eSports Association (now one of the most successful collegiate esports organizations in the world), to international tournaments that attract top talent and tens of thousands of fans.With a background in both business and computer science from UBC Sauder School of Business, I bring a unique mix of technical expertise, strategic vision, and deep industry insight to every project I take on. My focus is on growing esports in Canada, building sustainable ecosystems for players and organizers, and creating unforgettable experiences for gaming communities worldwide.
