Environmental Site Assessments: I’ve spent over 13 years at EBI Consulting conducting site investigations and preparing Phase I reports including technical reviews of ESA Reports specialized in servicing the wireless industry. Our work has helped develop the telecommunications infrastructure for telecom companies and tower builders throughout the US. Additionally, I conduct peer reviews of Phase I reports as well as many other due diligence reports. More recently, I assist in managing a large client account organizing due diligence for several thousand small cell installations in California under CEQA and have been involved in a group effort developing EBI-specific training and guidance materials that aim to further solidify EBI’s presence as a leader in telecom due diligence services. National Environmental Policy Act: In addition to environmental assessments, I have also helped clients facilitate the complex environmental review process to ensure compliance with FCC requirements under the NEPA guidelines including working directly with federally recognized Tribes, State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPOs), Fish & Wildlife offices and local planning departments. Additional responsibilities included conducting limited biological assessments, identifying wetlands and flood zones, critical habitats and historic resources surveys. In just a few short years, EBI Consulting has been able to streamline this critical NEPA process so new tower builds and collocations can get underway in a timely manner.
