After graduating college and launching my first startup, I set out to gain hands-on experience inside high-growth software companies, especially those outside the traditional coastal hubs to understand what truly drives success. My time at OnShift built a strong foundation in sales strategy, startup operations, and the complexities of healthcare staffing, which led me in 2019 to join NurseDash as its first sales hire, helping modernize a broken staffing system with a platform built for both facilities and clinicians.Those experiences ultimately led me to found OneThirtyFive, where we help high growth B2B companies scale top-of-funnel growth by combining our in-house Business Development reps with innovative AI technologies, and where we launched Rep2x, an AI-powered sales role-play and evaluation platform, in fall 2025.
