In my role, I\'m accountable for website performance and security KPIs, software development life cycle (SDLC) management, cross-functional team leadership, and agile (Scrum-like) sprint management. As a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), I lead a dynamic team of web developers and quality assurance engineers. My key responsibilities include:* Monitoring and improving website performance KPIs: Leveraging FBS, I identify root causes and implement sustainable countermeasures to achieve and maintain target KPIs.* Managing website development and leading teams: I oversee on-site, remote, nearshore, and offshore teams, conducting quarterly evaluations that incorporate performance and development growth objectives along with Fortive\'s 9 value assessments.* Pipeline management: I collaborate with product owners on project pipeline (PPL) management and prioritization.* Ensuring information security: I oversee Bitsight remediation and the roll-out of a secure development lifecycle (SDL).* Managing offshore resources: I handle the delegation of legacy system support to offshore resources.* Overseeing software development processes, software, and events.* Establishing emergency & hotfix escalation procedures.* Handling infrastructure/platform and application budget analysis and support.
