I currently teach Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat, and BodyBalance/BodyFlow, creating motivating and inclusive environments for participants of all fitness levels.Over the years, I’ve also taught a variety of other formats — including CardioKick Fusion, YogaFlow, and Core Conditioning — adapting my coaching style to meet diverse member goals and facility needs.
