Leading the stream aligned team / enabling team As a development manager, I lead:* the overall development processes of Frontend Stream Aligned Team, while enable other service teams with guidance and support to become capable of web application microfrontend development. This involves strong planning and prioritization. Mapping out of the road ahead and clear anything standing in the teams way - whether technical problems, coordination issues, or lack of solid requirements.* by supporting team in their sprint/kanban/DevOps process to achieve regular business and customer outcomes, including backlog grooming, priority calls, writing requirements and fixing bottlenecks * the collaboration with different team leads to improve the inter-team working modal, establish and uphold the best practices base on feedbacks In my product owner capacity:* I own OKRs to track outcomes from my teams * Help communicate with team leads on integrations and changes, and manage potential conflicts between different service/teams needs * Guide development priorities and trade-offs in concert with PM and while keeping the customer experience top of mind In my people management, I help with:* One on one meetings with all direct reports * Talent alignment with all direct reports * Grow the team with recruitment activities * Guiding and improving the team culture * Support team members with HR/IT/admin issues when needed
