   Lead strategic planning and growth initiatives for AWS\'s international expansion team. This includes managing a team of Product Managers which develop end-to-end cross-functional business plans for AWS Leadership (CEO and SVPs) to help them make decisions on when and where to invest in infrastructure expansion. We build these plans with a horizontal perspective, covering all facets of the AWS organization: commercial and public sector sales, engineering, finance, infrastructure, policy, tax, treasury, legal, marketing, and PR. Specific deliverables include market segment sizing, revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, customer requirements, go-to-market planning, and financial analysis. My team has lead 25+ infrastructure region approvals / pricing strategies / launches in 23+ countries throughout my time at AWS.
