ABOUT KEVIN C. PAUL

I am a dedicated professional with 30+ years of experience in the finance and operations arena. My career commenced in public accounting with PwC U.K. After spending a decade in Audit/Forensics with the accounting firm, I transitioned into the private sector managing an array of firms in legal, accounting, investment management, data publishing and manufacturing. I have held the following positions; COO, Executive Director, CFO and Executive Committee Chair. I am passionate about leadership and firmly believe in the critical role leaders play in a work environment. I am highly motivated with a strong work ethic and sense of loyalty. Leaders have to set the tone, the vision, the course if you like, in order for others to follow. Communication always plays a key role. Leaders are the bridge in many ways, connecting the present to a future. I am critical thinker, a consummate change agent, a mentor, and a skilled negotiator. With my finance background, I am always laser focused on the numbers but understand that this is just a small piece to a bigger picture. I believe in optimism and positivity, I believe in people whilst recognizing the importance of technology. A culture after all is built on its people not technology. People form the very fabric that allows for stability and continuity within a firm.
