I am a highly driven operations, maintenance, and engineering manager with 10+ years of experience over a wide range of engineering and management functions including process safety management, capital projects, maintenance management, and security. Additionally I have experience in procees/product development and scale up, engineering design and review, and process control in the project phase, implementation, and everyday maintenance. I have worked both in continuous chemical manufacturing as well as batch processes. My industry experience ranges from refining, specialty chemicals such as resins and polymers, commodity chemicals such as ammonia and explosives to engineering design.Colleagues know me as a person that is a unique problem solver with the knack for finding solutions to difficult situations. In fact, I believe I do my best work when I am under the most pressure. I am hardwired to succeed at tasks that are thought to be daunting or impossible given time constraints. Additionally I am very safety orientated both from a personal standpoint as well as in my leadership style. People around me know that I would rather take extra time to complete a job than take unnecessary risk in its completion.
