An accomplished executive with 20+ years of experience in the sports and tech industries, Kevin currently leads XR sports business development at Google. Having served as a leader at rising and successful companies, including the Golden State Warriors and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), he has expertise in defining, evolving and executing strategic initiatives, while generating revenue and building teams from the ground up.With the Warriors, Kevin spent 11 seasons building and leading the organization’s award-winning, industry-leading digital department. His tenure spanned two ownership groups and coincided with the rise of both digital/social media and the team’s ascension into becoming NBA champions.Excited about diving deeper into the sports and tech world, Kevin joined Meta (fka Facebook) in 2015, with the opportunity and challenge of helping build out sports partnerships across the globe and representing the company’s entire family of apps and services (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Oculus/Quest VR). Over the course of eight years, his role involved leading multiple teams, consulting with hundreds of partners (athletes, teams, leagues, creators, etc), brokering content acquisition deals, executing GTM product strategies and speaking at events around the world.Passionate about making a difference in the community, Kevin also attempts to bring innovative leadership to the youth teams he coaches in multiple sports (with admittedly varying results).
