The company serves more than clients representing more than 40 million users in over 150 countries.Reporting to the Director of Premium Service Delivery this roles includes the following- Managing requirements and project scheduling for SAP Concur\'s premium clients- Acting as a primary contact and escalation point for premium clients during service delivery- Consulting with both SAP Concur and client resources to identify solutions for each implementation- Gathering client business requirements and coordinating a solution design that meets the needs of the client and falls within the boundaries of core SAP Concur functionality- Setting out and adhering to project milestones- Facilitation of onsite / offsite project activities- Validation of project documentation and client reporting- Transitioning the client to their production environment- Managing and assigning expert resources as required
