Within the first three months, over baristas completed more than playthroughs, achieving a 93% Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score and a 92% Net Promoter Score (NPS).As a technology and innovation evangelist created and led several initiatives focused on team building, professional development, and idea generation.• Salesforce Trailhead Badge-a-thon: Championed an educational drive where 17 Starbucks Trailblazers earned 687 badges and 3 certifications, accumulating over 350 hours of training. • Generative AI Workshops: Conducted hands-on training sessions covering foundational AI concepts, tools, risk management, and potential business use cases.• Salesforce AI Hack-a-thon: Organized a cross-functional event where teams developed AI-focused proof of concepts, demonstrating practical business applications of generative AI capabilities.
