Responsible for key platform areas, including performance, scalability, resilience, usability, accessibility, security, data privacy, business continuity, and platform roadmap.Collaborated with the Cyber Security team to architect, build, and deliver an enterprise-grade federated single sign-on solution. This solution ensures seamless and secure access for over external users to Starbucks systems, which are critical for managing and operating the North America Licensed Store business.Drive the strategic vision and technical oversight for a digital transformation program that revolutionized barista training from a paper-based process to a fully digital, gamified experience. Within the first three months, over baristas completed more than playthroughs, achieving a 93% Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score and a 92% Net Promoter Score (NPS).As a technology and innovation evangelist created and led several initiatives focused on team building, professional development, and idea generation.• Salesforce Trailhead Badge-a-thon: Championed an educational drive where 17 Starbucks Trailblazers earned 687 badges and 3 certifications, accumulating over 350 hours of training. • Generative AI Workshops: Conducted hands-on training sessions covering foundational AI concepts, tools, risk management, and potential business use cases.• Salesforce AI Hack-a-thon: Organized a cross-functional event where teams developed AI-focused proof of concepts, demonstrating practical business applications of generative AI capabilities.
