Whether it\'s marriage, work, being single, spirituality, compulsive behavior, or deeply ingrained beliefs about self worth, I love to help people transform their lives to make room for effectiveness, connection, and joy. I realized that I was doing more coaching with many clients than therapy, and nobody outside of California could benefit from my therapy license. So I opened Courageous Decisions Coaching as a way to help men internationally bounce back from destructive habits. After working in manufacturing (not me, right?) for 15 years, I went back to school to change careers and have been seeing clients since 2001 providing counseling and coaching services to a diverse clientele. Through my extensive experience, I\'m now one of the most trusted therapists in this field. As a forward-thinking therapist, I produce two podcasts, “Recovery Support with Kevin Bergen” to support those recovering from any addiction (available through iTunes and on your smart phone at recoverysupport.podbean.com/mobile ) and “Courageous Decisions” that addresses most anything that will equip you to more effectively live your life (available anywhere you listen to podcasts). I did graduate work at Pepperdine University after which my specialities became relationships and addictive behavior.
