I work with teams to move commercial vehicle electrification and battery supply chain programs forward when technical and commercial risk must be resolved at critical inflection points. This work often sits at the intersection of technology, industry partnerships, and market development — where programs must navigate the tricky transition from concept to real-world deployment. My perspective is grounded in lived experience. I spent over a decade leading and scaling Eaton’s hybrid electric powertrain business from inception through global commercialization, owning architecture decisions, sourcing strategies and supplier commitments, system validation, APQP/PPAP, manufacturing scale-up, warranty exposure, and P&L outcomes across OEM production programs worldwide. That work ultimately delivered global majority market share in Eaton\'s served hybrid segments with strong margins, high reliability and safety performance, and warranty costs at or below plan. Today, I work with investors, boards, and senior operating leaders in commercial and industrial vehicle markets when confidence is uneven, timelines are tightening, and leadership teams need to resolve execution, supply-chain, and market readiness constraints before decisions harden and options narrow — particularly where technical, commercial, and stakeholder alignment must converge. In practice, this work focuses on battery systems, electrified powertrains, controls/software integration, and charging and infrastructure strategies — spanning architecture, supply chain, validation, production, deployment, commercial readiness, and the factors that determine real-world program viability. My work often involves: · Execution readiness evaluation and supply-chain alignment ahead of major funding, gate, or launch events· OEM and supplier program risk and readiness assessments· Investor and board-level technical due diligence I bring long-term commercial ownership of complex powertrain programs, combined with an engineering-first perspective informed by a BSME, MBA, and Professional Engineer licensure — including leading and commercializing advanced powertrain programs across OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, global fleets, and markets. In certain situations, this work extends to forming and executing public-private partnerships that align industry, government, and capital to enable large-scale deployment of advanced technologies. I am selective in the work I take on and typically engage when timing and stakes require clear judgment and create the potential for real impact.
