   The Senior Director Global Support Services leads a team and function responsible for the planning and engineering of CFA Institute’s systems infrastructure and client-side support in a multi cloud environment. This includes ensuring the stability, resiliency integrity, and efficient operation of our global information systems that support core organizational functions. This role is accountable to ensure our security posture and footprint are aligned to best practices outlined by the CISO while ensuring all identified and actionable threats and remediations efforts are assessed, prioritized and remediated. Lastly this role leads our Network Operations Center responsible for all global network technologies across the enterprise. This role develops and implements the systems and communications needed to enable maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all associated networked operating systems. The Senior Director Global Support Services applies best-practice communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments and leads the planning of short- and long-range projects to increase system efficiency.
