   I\'m currently the Design Lead for Roblox’s Cloud Services, where I work closely with 4 engineering teams to deliver new platforms, services, and web tools for Roblox’s developer community. Some example products we offer include web APIs to access Roblox resources, tools to manage game data, an analytics platform to analyze your game\'s performance, and translation tools to help grow an international audience.• Engage as a strategic design partner by leading research and discovery efforts to drive product vision, growth strategy, and roadmap planning. • Identify gaps and areas of opportunity in our processes to help increase productivity and introduce healthier cross-functional relationships.• Support management by actively participating in hiring activities such as technical design interviews and onsite panels, onboarding new hires, and mentoring designers.
