   Joined Maven as their first Vice President, led expansion into multiple markets and later pivoting to an all-remote workforce. Owns all aspects of people operations including internal recruiting, learning & development, workforce planning strategy, performance management, total rewards, leadership development and software implementation (CRM migration, data visualization via PowerBI, Microsoft Teams). Led team’s remote transformation during COVID lockdown – including reimagined workflows, sync structure and culture events. Oversaw implementation and training on FFCRA, remote offboarding, total rewards revision and more. Executed compensation planning and training strategy for increasing revenue and placement frequency, revenue per placement, and total revenue earned. Led launches of new staff augmentation (RPO) solution for enterprise clients, and new virtual staffing service line for remote executive assistants (Maven Assist). Honored to lead one of Inc. Magazine’s best workplaces in 2020.
