As an Asset Manager at GG Homes, I manage and optimize the performance of a portfolio of residential properties across Southern California. I oversee the acquisition, renovation, leasing, and disposition of assets, ensuring that they meet the company\'s financial and operational goals. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as contractors, agents, lenders, and investors, to provide them with accurate and timely information and reports.I have over five years of experience in the real estate industry, working as a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager at WeRevive and fl!pt, two innovative companies that transform distressed properties into beautiful and affordable homes. In these roles, I underwrote and identified successful real estate investments, generated leads, closed deals, and exceeded sales targets. I have a proven track record of delivering exceptional value and service to my clients, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, where I also studied abroad in France at NEOMA Business School and Université Jean Moulin. I am fluent in English and Spanish, and conversational in French, and have a passion for learning and exploring new cultures and markets. I am a certified Realtor and a Real Estate Agent in California, and I have completed a LinkedIn course on Commercial Real Estate Analysis.
