A people-oriented, process development and improvement-focused manager, with extensive bilingual, cross-cultural, domestic, and international experience, I thrive on mentoring teams & advancing projects in creative ways. MY LEADERSHIP is defined by a commitment to a broad thinking style of coaching and development, ensuring a healthy balance between project execution and team well-being. Leveraging my bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, I excel in cross-cultural environments, fostering collaboration in steering projects to exceed benchmarks, evidenced by historically increased project goals. MY EXPERTISE in multilingual settings, transitional management and expansion has taught me to begin with a team\'s understanding of the organization\'s vision, mission, & purpose. Only then can cross-department, cross-organization or cross-border strategies hit the desired internal and external targets- I’M SEEKING A POSITION where I can capitalize on my developmental leadership abilities, cultural fluidity, and leverage my extensive network to broaden the impact of a Biblically anchored organization within the US, throughout Latin America, and around the world- GETTING MORE PERSONAL. Cultural differences enthrall me. Through my experiences around the globe and living in as well as working throughout Latin America, I\'ve learned that there is always something to learn, something to give and something to gain. Partnership is recognizing strengths in others, and understanding how to advance together, not despite differences but because of them. I understand life as a gift of God, and that people have immeasurable worth and unique abilities that each person and organization must steward well. I\'m rejuvenated by the creative beauty I experience in nature, whether the ocean (SCUBA, spear-fishing, surfing.), the mountains (skiing, hiking, biking.), or simply a great book on a quiet porch. I\'m blessed to be married to my best friend, an amazing (and professionally trained)\"culinary artist\", who uses her skills for simple hospitality and major life events such as marriage celebrations. Our hearts are unified in mentoring and equipping those around us and, using all we\'ve been given as blessings to be shared. We\'re thankful to have two adult boys using their own gifts to strengthen and grow the communities they are in.
