I am: Steady Under Pressure | Empathy-Oriented | A Constant Student Today, I am an aspiring general manager focused on building my skills at organic and acquisition growth, lean operations, accelerated new product development, and people leadership in mid/high-tech science & industrial businesses. Driven by a strong sense of curiosity about how systems of all types function, I have a successful track record of collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, IT, international counterparts, and face-to-face with customers. As a strong believer in the growth mindset, I am invested in the development of those around me as well as in myself. I am currently a member of the Veralto (Formerly Danaher)- General Manager Development Program (GMDP), working to improve my leadership skills, my ability to solve more complex business problems, and to broaden my perspective as a lifelong learner.
