At Neuralink, I lead the planning and development of several core projects, including Project NeuroArm 01 and Project SignalSync 02, focusing on optimizing brain-computer interface algorithms and model performance. Project NeuroArm 01 aims to build an end-to-end neural signal recognition system, from brain signal acquisition and feature engineering to model training and validation, enabling real-time control of prototype devices. Project SignalSync 02 focuses on integrating and standardizing cross-laboratory and clinical data, providing the data foundation for the rapid transformation of laboratory algorithms into commercially viable products. I guide team members in signal processing, model optimization, and validation, establishing a unified data analysis process to provide reliable decision support for the company\'s long-term R&D and ensure the stability and viability of algorithms on prototype devices.
