Working at EIL, my responsibilities- Strategic sourcing major materials (tubes, finned tubes, u-bend tubes, electric motors, fans, tube sheets, shells) for air coolers and shell & tube heat exchangers from China, India, South Korea, Europe and North America- Category management of different categories of materials and equipment, and achieve most cost saving through tendering process- Lead and manage the qualification process for the new vendors & suppliers- Lead performance review on the vendors & suppliers
