ABOUT KEVIN WILSON
I am counsel with MLT Aikins LLP in its Saskatoon office. For the last 35 years I have practiced exclusively in the area of management side labour law. I act for private and public employers throughout Saskatchewan in a variety of sectors including mining, manufacturing, construction, food processing, education, non-profits and retail, among others. I was the founding Saskatchewan director and treasurer of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers, a national association of management side labour lawyers. I am the former Chair of the Canadian Bar Association National Labour and Employment Law section and the former Chair of the CBA (Saskatchewan) Labour and Administrative Law North subsection. I frequently speak on labour law and human rights law at conferences in Western Canada.
