My over-arching goal is to leave the world a better place than I found it. As a Project Engineering Lead, I apply my passion and expertise in alternative energy to design, test, and deliver innovative solutions for solar projects. With 17 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, I have a proven track record of leading and managing complex engineering processes, from business development and proposal generation to product development and field testing.I have been instrumental in delivering over 1.7 GW of tracker foundations currently in operation, achieving over tons of CO2 emissions reduction for commercial real estate firms, and creating a robust internal project planning tool for software design, layouts, construction documents, and robot integration. I enjoy collaborating with clients, partners, and internal teams to meet and exceed their expectations and goals, and to contribute to a more sustainable future for our planet.I\'m also a real estate investor with my best friend from college. We own single-family rental properties in multiple states and recently celebrated 10 years of operation. My short-term goal is to own 25 doors by 2030, my mid-term goal is 50 by 2040, and my long-term goal is 100 by 2050. Investing is my hobby.I volunteer regularly at my kids\' school by donating time to construction projects and by managing and coaching my kids\' sports teams. My life is balanced, I enjoy mountain bike riding in the Bay Area and Tahoe, hiking, camping with the boys, and hanging out with my wife and kids.
