Throughout my career, I\'ve taken on diverse roles and cultivated a multifaceted toolset to navigate operational needs and implement systems, processes, and change that drives strategies. I\'ve been running full business operations for the last decade, overseeing finance, HR, customer service, sales, legal and everything else that is required to lead a successful company. I bring peace of mind to my employers by providing dependability and stability at my position. Also key to my success- I learned the importance of putting the client first, which is something I take great pride in. I love problem solving and trying to come up with creative ways to help our clients find a solution, especially when deadlines are exceptionally tight. I\'ve learned that if you treat the customer right and give them a great experience, they\'ll always come back. To do that means exceptional planning and a highly-trained staff.
