Responsible for the Workforce Transformation disciplines within BBH Investor Services. Cross functional consulting/process engineering team focused on solving complex business issues through business processes and technology solutions. Oversees development of and alignment with project management practices such as planning, reporting, budgeting, risk/issue management and SDLC methodology. Additional responsibilities include overseeing Outsourcing Global Footprint Program responsible for developing and executing the Line Of Business’ globalization plan, operational strategy, and relationships with Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) partners. Also, leads Global Shared Services Divisions including Cash Operations, Reconciliation & Analysis, and Client Invoicing. Managing staff of 200 across 5 global centers. Responsible for formulating and executing innovative technology and business solutions to efficiently support a rapidly growing and increasingly complex business mix.
