Kevin Lawlor is Zeno\'s Head of Public Affairs and one of the leading public affairs and political operations professionals in the U.S. He leads teams helping clients navigate reputational risk, public policy challenges and regulatory uncertainty. He specializes in developing political, public affairs, and media strategies that drive measurable outcomes across grassroots outreach, coalition building and earned and paid media. He works directly with corporations, trade associations, non-profits, and government clients on issues that are front and center in Washington, D.C, as well as back in their home states. He has worked in every major U.S. media market as well as an array of global and niche markets covering a wide range of political and policy issues. He has led message development and conducted media coaching, debate prep and public speaking training for members of Congress, CEOs, and small business owners. With more than 20 years of experience, Kevin has served as a chief communications advisor to four members of Congress, supported numerous national campaigns, and led communications for both a Washington, DC think tank and an industrial trade association. Kevin is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. where he currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Public Affairs, and earned a Masters in Political Communications from John Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. He is an accomplished consensus builder, bringing politically and demographically diverse stakeholders together to advance mutually beneficial goals.
