Daily execute and manage the lifestyle and properties of a UHNWI. This position requires the upmost discretion, the ability to anticipate needs and of coarse see around corners. Daily production lists are task and maintenance driven but can be throttled down and redirected with a single phone call from the principal. The weekly Estate Notes entail the operations of four estates in four different states. The management of staff, vendors and HR is elite and respectful. We have one clear voice at the top so it makes it easy to be a players coach. This position is custom as all domestic settings are unique, I can be doing project management in the morning and chauffeuring or cooking at night. Each residence has its own rhythm and setting but the service standards remain the same. I also interact with the flight department, the foundation office and security. Every ounce of sweat equity in the hospitality industry and professional training has helped prepare me for this distinguished position.
