Support the administration of the Quantico Insider Threat Program. Currently studying to sit for the Security Fundamental Professional Certificate (SFPC).• Facilitate the development of training programs for security personnel to facilitate the implementation, administration, and execution of Physical Security requirements.• Demonstrate knowledge and experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) Security Manuals, DoDM 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and Service Now.• Execute and manage data calls; compile results and data in Microsoft Excel; develop reports and metrics as required by the DOD. Routing office mail/ correspondence.• Track and report on Access Control and violations involving Physical Security within the DOD to include trend analysis of incidents and provide administrative support for All Hands Meetings(managing attendees rosters and tracking presentation material.• Assist with providing oversight and tracking of self-inspection and required inventories of Field Offices for all DOD and military facilities.• Perform data entries into databases of record including the Joint Access Database and provide oversight to the management of access portfolios under the cognizance of the DOD and Field Office Facilities.• Assist with drafting and disseminating appointment letters for Program Security Officers (PSO), and Chief Of Staff. Also travel to different Field Offices in the United States to set up Physical Security Access and Access Control.
