ABOUT KEVIN THUBRON
As a residential development expert I have enjoyed full P&L responsibility (c.£100m GBP T/O) for housebuilding operations and land acquisition across Teesside, the North East, North Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. I have technical qualifications in Building Studies, professional qualifications in architectural technology and I have academic qualifications in social sciences (MSc: Research Methods) having undertaken original research into management theory and its relevance to organisational behaviour in the construction industry. With over 40 years of experience I have personally provided professional services across public and private sector organisations including property surveying, property design, estate layout design, estate layout/value engineering, dilapidations surveys, feasibility studies, land appraisals, budgeting, cost control, financial management, project management, H&S, sales and marketing, customer liaison/care, personnel management, change management and business development. Additionally I have experience of facilities and property management, planned and annual maintenance and day-to-day repairs carried out by contractors and a direct labour organisation under my control. I have also produced OJEU-compliant tender documentation.
