Complete oversight of 2 independent projects, consisting of approximately 1,400 high-end residential apartments delivered on a fast-track Design & Construct basis. Total contractual value approximately $400 million. • Complete oversight of a large Department of Defence infrastructure project, consisting of large earthworks package, road networks, HV and LV infrastructure upgrades and the construction of 13 Earth Covered Buildings (heavily reinforced, concrete frame structure). Total contractual value approximately $75 million. • Complete oversight of a large Department of Defence infrastructure project, consisting of a large earthworks package, road network upgrades, site utility upgrades a Vehicle Workshop Facility and Simulation Centre; all of which are being constructed for the increased defence capability for the Armoured Fighting Vehicles Facilities Program. Total contractual value approximately $65 million. • Complete oversight of all commercial aspects including procurement, formulation and management of cost planning functions, pre/post contract commercial negotiations (both up and down stream) and leadership of all commercial dispute resolutions. • Direct management of all programming functions including the formulation and weekly management of contract & target programming, weekly look aheads, formulation and management of recovery programs when necessary and time slice analysis. • Ensured all works were delivered to the highest quality and safety practices working with the onsite engineering, execution and safety teams to ensure both HSE & QA/QC regimes were fit-for-purpose, implemented and maintained.
