Leading a team of technical PMs and data analysts to deliver our data book of work- Work with front, middle, and back office upstream technology systems to source, migrate, onboard, and resolve issues with data- Acting as SME for each project by proactively learning the business application of the data requirements- Leveraging JIRA and Microsoft Project to track statuses, timelines, and manage tasks for allocated resources- Data profiling of large datasets spanning all asset classes and regions, drawing conclusions, and summarizing for project and management reporting- Interviewing candidates with a focus on resource potential and building a diverse team- Defining rules for Critical Data Elements (CDEs) as a part of Data Quality Validation checks- Creating, managing, and maintaining Target Record Layout (TRL) definition documentations and mappings for Big Data event layouts covering all types of financial data types (Orders, Executions, Positions, Market and Reference data and Employee/HR data) and asset classes (Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities and FX)- Working with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to Product, Engineering, Data Science for onboarding data, root cause analysis (RCA) and vendor relationship management.• Raising JIRA tickets as a part of new data onboardings as well as BAU/Data Quality issues to fix bugs with proposed solutions for development teams to work on- Creating, and maintaining project workflow documents such as business, functional and technical requirements (BRD/FRD/TSD) for global projects in conjunction with various internal and external teams for both technology and business partners- Mentoring new hires and junior associates and provided valuable feedback with regards to working on technical and business knowledge, effective communication with stakeholders and presentation skills.
