With about 20 years of Finance experience, I’ve enjoyed the past 10 years at DLC building relationships with companies and helping them solve their most pressing finance and accounting challenges. I came to DLC as a consultant, which really set a great foundation to become a practice lead. Before I ever sat in the business development seat, I was the one doing the work, embedded in their teams, solving real problems across many industries, and learning firsthand what companies expect from a trusted finance partner. Now as a Senior Director, my work is about getting to know clients deeply, their business, their culture, and the challenges they\'re navigating. My background in Finance, Accounting, M&A, strategy, and transformation gives me a strong lens for quickly identifying where a company is struggling and how to best support them.
