I had the pleasure of holding several leadership roles within several departments. I have supervised a team of 4-10 members and was acting Depal Manager during Outbound position. I was able to provide leadership on the safety team and oversaw a safe and productive work environment. Within my Warehouse role, I led a team of 5 employees and ensured all freight moves were conducted in an efficient and timely manner. I also provided guidance and troubleshooting support as Inventory Manager and resolved issues that arose during shift. I facilitated resolutions between multiple departments and the warehouse team as well. Collaborated with supervisors and provided feedback on possible enhancements to department that would result in improved efficiencies. Throughout time, I properly utilized a forklift and RF unit. Some of my highlights from Target include meeting productivity and quality standards within warehouse environment and led team in prioritizing safety standards for a conducive work environment.
