As Director of Digital Commerce Global, I lead a high-impact team managing a diverse portfolio that spans E-commerce, Amazon, international retail, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies. My focus is on accelerating global digital growth through strategic marketplace optimizations, customer engagement initiatives, and data-driven commerce solutions.I led the successful launch of TikTok Stores for two key brands, tapping into new social commerce opportunities and enhancing customer acquisition. In addition, I streamlined international Amazon operations, creating efficiencies that support sustainable growth across multiple regions. By reimagining our DTC strategy, I’ve worked to enhance fulfillment, improve the customer journey, and optimize channel profitability. My role also involves cross-functional collaboration, aligning sales planning with marketing, operations, and strategic partnerships to drive long-term success.
