The primary area of responsibilities are:To ensure the successful and efficient implementation of change programmes within UK /EU Freight operations, inspiring confidence at all levels within DHL and with the Customer throughout the transition process of the project/ activity. Manage individual Change Programs for Freight Track and report back progress (times lines/ cost/ operational benefits / road blocks) against all the freight change programs - Together with the Change Innovation Manager/ Customer un-block any road blocksAssist with input into LLP Freight Strategy requiring strong Freight Background (UK and EU) Inbound/ Out bound Flows - Requirement to produce and review in detail \'what if\' freight simulations UK/ EU JLR networkAbility to work alongside a team of diverse supply chain professionals focussing on Continuous Improvement and major customer operational projectsProven ability to analyse Data and understand key cost drivers +/- on the freight network and have the ability to articulate the findings, Produce individual A3 documents detailing times lines/ activities/ resourcing requirements / recommendations and gain sign off from DHL and JLR senior Management TeamProvide \'Hand On\' Management (Freight/ JLR Decks/ HH Xdock) to collect data / trends/ issues where applicable - to back up and assist in any project cost or operational saving recommendationAble to clearly articulate issues/ opportunities/ cost and operational benefits for any CI process changes to JLR Freight/ Linefeed and Customer senior management to gain their support/ buy in for individual A3 projectsHave a company wide view of the overall DHL transport network knowledge within UKI and look at the opportunities/ benefits to utilise the Automotive network around the LTL planning work streamsClear understanding all contractual agreed customer KPIs (service on time to plant and trailer ).
