Autoenrollment makes saving for retirement in easy. We make it easy for participants, and Employee Owners, to get access to their retirement savings. We help them dissolve their deed of saving for retirement into the dream of living a comfortable life in retirement.Since 1997, I have dedicated my professional career to working with ERISA plans, focusing on helping small businesses help their employees prepare for retirement. My background is in recordkeeping, investment management and administration of qualified retirement plans. As a lifelong Scout, I take the Scout Oath seriously and try to live by the duty to help other people at all times.Since 2001, I have been an active member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators, serving on the Membership Committee and the Industry Ambassador Committee. In 2025, my peers chose me to lead the Membership Committee. I have volunteered with the Western Pension Benefits Council since 2008, having served two terms as the president of the Los Angeles chapter and been on the board of the Portland chapter since 2021. I\'m on the steering committee of The ESOP Association\'s Northwest Chapter.

We smooth the payment and reporting of taxes on these distributions to both the federal and state governments.We help ESOPs and their Employee Owners get access to the equity they worked so hard to grow. More than 20% of all ESOPs rely on PenChecks Trust to help smooth the process of diversification, separation of service, stock buy-back and dividend distributions.We help locate those former employees (but current participants) that may not have updated their address after their latest move.With the DOL changing the audit requirement to only look at account balances rather than eligible, cleaning out terminated participants with small account balances is more important than ever.
