WAY WE SERVEThe Chaplains Corps of Lancaster County serves all emergency service organizations in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care to emergency responders, their families, and victims of critical incidents. We aim to bring hope in desperate situations.WHAT WE DOWe strive to serve both emergency responders and victims to help manage critical incident stress and defend against Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). We serve emergency responders, allowing them to maximize their skills and to minimize the effects of critical incident stress and PTSD.HOW WE SERVEOur chaplains respond to critical and emergency incidents and serve on-site by:*Provide food and water stations on site*Create a bridge between the Incident Command the victims*Deliver refreshments to emergency responders*Provide shelter areas on location for responders and victims*Secure temporary housing in hotels/motels for victims*Coordinate with grocers and restaurants to provide meals during extended incidents

As a Believer, Entrepreneur, and Engineer, my career has encompassed a diverse range of ventures. I was blessed with an opportunity to work at Perron Construction, entering the custom home building industry with limited prior experience, but I received excellent mentorship. Developing an interest in drafting during high school, I furthered my skills in Architectural Drafting & Design at Thaddeus Stevens.Choosing to establish roots in Lancaster County, I joined Emanuel D. Zook Builder\'s, contributing my expertise to custom home building. Simultaneously, my evenings & weekends were dedicated to the laser cutting industry at BenCo Technology, During this period, I not only mastered high-tech laser technology but also taught myself welding, initiating my first small business crafting widgets form my home.The pivotal year 2001 marked my transition to a full-time laser cutting role at BenCo, swiftly evolving into an engineering position and, shortly thereafter, becoming a partner. In 2012, I co-founded Clean Energy Heating Systems, a Honey Brook, PA-based waste oil heater company, making strides in sustainable \'waste oil\' heating solutions and even secured some patents. Subsequently, in 2017, I co-founded BenCo Machine, a Reading, PA-based machine shop emphasizing precision and innovation.In 2018, driven by the vision of my best friend and confidant, I contributed to the establishment of Chaplain\'s Corps of Lancaster County, underscoring my commitment to community service. Currently serving as the Director of Finance, the nonprofit specifically supports first responders and their families \"SERVING THOSE WHO SERVE\".The year 2019 marked a significant partnership as I joined Millcreek Manufacturing, specializing in commercial agricultural spreading equipment. Building on this momentum, 2021 brought a fruitful partnership with Jelke\'s Fabrication, a company specializing in heavy and structural fabrication and in 2022 added a mutually beneficial partnership with Laserfab, specializing in and complimenting BenCo\'s portfolio.Throughout this journey, my specialties have expanded to encompass laser cutting, fabrication, design, engineering, product development, and customer relations, reflecting a dynamic blend of craftsmanship and technical proficiency. Moreover, my expertise extends to planning, vision, and rolling up my sleeves to get the job done. This multifaceted journey underscores my unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence in every endeavor. Underscoring all of this, includes Residential, Vacation and Commercial real estate as a hobby.
