As a Team Lead plays an important role in End to End Recruitment Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening and hiring top technology talent for positions ranging in scope from help desk to Architect Level and Senior Project Managers Working on Different technologies like ERP, Web, Business Intelligence, Java.Net, BA, QA, PM, SFDC, etc. Establishing the new vendor contacts by Head Hunting, Internal Database and using job boards like Dice, Tech Fetch, and Monster. Briefing about the organization and its capabilities in detail and explore opportunities for the present and future. Posting the requirement on all available job boards (paid and free). Responsible for handling the entire recruiting life cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and follow-up on placing qualified talent professionals. Recruiting Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B and TN consultants as per the client requirement for various projects on Full-time permanent and Contract. Negotiate price and volume discounts within Company policies Scheduling interview for shortlisted candidates Follow-up with selected candidates Generating referrals from the shortlisted candidates Getting the feedback from the client and keeping the candidates warm Inform candidates fully about the job, skills required, requirement and company, brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews Maintain candidate files and data integrity in the applicant tracking system, maintain an accurate and current applicant database Formatting the resumes of the candidates in a professional way before submitting to a client
