I am a diverse finance executive with almost two decades of experience in building cross functional teams primarily in large, multi-national companies with significant manufacturing operations.My experiences include working on complex accounting topics and business transactions, including: acquisitions and mergers, equity and debt offerings, implementation of new accounting standards, complex overtime revenue contracts, SEC comment letters and investigations, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Form 10-K/Q filings. I have the ability to communicate these matters to various levels within the organization to ensure understanding of these matters.I have presented to Executive Management, Audit Committees and Board of Directors on key matters impacting the Company. I have ability to build, document and optimize organizational processes, experience with large, multi-national operations to ensure support in operating and achieving the key business metrics. I have worked extensively with Internal and External Audits to ensure timely completion of all procedures.I am problem-solver with forward thinking mindset and have a strong track record of achieving organizational goals and objectives.I am a licensed CPA Pennsylvania and graduated from General Electric’s Executive Financial Leadership Program (“EFLP”).
