Finance Transformation: Assess current state finance processes to identify pain points and root cause inefficiencies. Develop recommendations to simplify activities and introduce standardization/automation.• Project management: Lead planning, delivery and execution of projects including to support pre M&A, post integration, as well as technology implementations. Experience in management and delivery of waterfall and agile projects.• Close optimization: Decrease the time and level of effort to complete month end close through the standardization of processes, introduction of enabling technologies, and improved communication.
