As the ERP Master Data lead, I am responsible for-Reviewing and approving engineering changes during release cycle to ensure integrity of data prior to release into Plex ERP system-Acting as liaison between engineering and supply chain to ensure information is communicated to stakeholders-Executing function testing in test environment for system upgrades prior to deployment to production ERP environment-Leading master data team in accordance with internal QMS standards and external guidelines to satisfy type certification and production certification requirements as dictated by the FAA-Utilizing out of the box Plex ERP reporting structure supplemented by custom reports to detect critical data element anomalies and correct errors-Creating control plans for COTS items-De-activating obsolete parts from ERP to prevent addition to updated manufacturing bill of material, work order or purchase order-Creating QMS documents and work instructions for 3DX and Plex ERP users to follow as company SOP.
