When faced with vendor issues, led the migration effort to a new platform, achieving minimum viability in four months and feature parity within nine months, ensuring continuity of service.* Negotiated and assisted with the finalization of eight new vendor contracts, aligning strategically with upper management’s goals and reducing overall time spent in contract negotiations.Managed the transition to the service management model, facilitating the adoption of new practices with the team subject matter experts. Led the shift from Kanban to Scrum, improving feature delivery and overall management.
