A nerd for all aspects of commercial real estate. I lead development for MilBrew Holdings, which is the franchisee for 7Brew Coffee for areas in Wisconsin and Kansas - overseeing site selection, lease negotiation, and construction for my partners. I am also the founder of futhermoreCRE which is private real estate acquisitions and development firm, with a portfolio that includes strip malls, free-standing retail/restaurants (SNTL) and industrial buildings. We are also investor (LP) in several syndications, funds, and SPE\'s and I am open to new partnerships for asset classes including self-storage, multi-family, and mobile home parks.For nearly 20 years, I advised national and local tenants with their real estate needs, from site selection and market strategies to leasing sales, and development. I enjoyed landlord representation for clients and specialized in repositioning retail, and portfolio leasing. I am pleased to be a part of the Board for REACH-WI (Real Estate Alliance for Charity - Wisconsin) where we share in the abundance created through commercial real estate by giving back to local communities. I previously served as Chairman (23\'-24\') of CARW (Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin), which advocates for the commercial real estate community. I am also active in Scouting America (fka Boy Scouts of America) and various charitable causes and fundraisers.My outside interests include downhill skiing, fishing, aviation (hot air balloons; single engine fixed wing), the great outdoors, fishing and vacations with family.
